Typically, our clients are renewing their development discussion process or they wish to make
their existing way of carrying out development discussions more effective. The aim is to have
both superiors and employees to become familiar with the reformed development discussion
process in a rapid schedule. As far as international companies are concerned, the challenge is
to make practices uniform and to localize them.
E-Learning provides an excellent method to support the implementation of the new
development discussion process. First, we go through the client’s challenges and goals
and come up with ideas how to build a combination of both face-to-face and e-Learning or an
individual e-Learning module that would work in the best way. In most cases, the e-Learning
module is divided into the opinion of the top executives, individual personal accounts of the representatives of the HR department and employees’ interviews. The material can be located either into the client’s intranet, LMS or Digital Lessons will take care of the administration of the training.

In order to make the implementation of Web-based content as cost effective as possible, it is
possible to attach ready-made lectures produced by Digital Lessons in cooperation with experts
of the topic areas, to support the client specific material. The lectures can be linked e.g. to the
client’s intranet. To support the development discussions, we offer the lectures: Development
